Under Mrs. Simpson's leadership, our company is soaring to new heights. Her strategic vision and exceptional leadership skills are propelling us towards success. With her at the helm, we know we can reach our full potential and create a lasting impact on the industry.

Mrs. Simpson resides in the Millington TN area with her husband of 15 years and their 6 children. Her dedication to family and community is an inspiration to us all. We are proud to have her as our CEO, and we look forward to seeing all the amazing things she will accomplish in the future.

Meet Mark Cardona - a confident and accomplished leader who has made a significant impact in the world. With over 29 years of Christian ministry experience, Mark has pastored churches across the United States and in Australia. He and his wife, Jana, also established and operated a highly successful Business Network International (BNI) franchise for 22 years. As a skilled and inspiring speaker, Mark has delivered powerful speeches to audiences worldwide, teaching thousands the value of word-of-mouth marketing. Today, Mark is focused on transforming the security industry by working with Black Flag Security. His unwavering commitment to excellence and his passion for service make him a highly sought-after asset to any organization. With his wife, Jana, and their family by his side, Mark is ready to take on any challenge and deliver results that exceed expectations.

TODD PEASE

Director of Sales and Training

Black Flag Security LLC is proud to welcome Todd Pease to our team as the Director of Sales and Training Division. Todd brings with him over thirty years of valuable experience in Law Enforcement. He began his career in 1987 in Southeast Louisiana and served on numerous specialized units that honed his skills and expertise in the field. During his years of service, Todd also completed his Master's of Science from LSU, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.

After working in Louisiana, Todd returned to his hometown of Memphis, TN, where he served on a specialized high-risk law enforcement unit for the State of Tennessee for ten years. His experience in high-risk situations has made him an expert in assessing and mitigating risks, which he now brings to his role as Director of Sales at Black Flag Security LLC.

Todd's experience and expertise in Law Enforcement make him a valuable asset to our team. As the Director of our Training Division, Todd is responsible for developing and implementing training programs that are designed to equip our team with the skills and knowledge they need to deliver top-quality security services to our clients. We are excited to have Todd on board and look forward to the impact he will make on our organization.
